Today we finished the trip from Jackson WY to Lee Vining, CA (just east of Yosemite). We intended to go into the park for a while this afternoon, but we were all a bit tired and some of us weren't feeling 100%, so we just took the afternoon off. We did cruise past Lake Tahoe on the way to Lee Vining and I can see why people enjoy vacationing there. We tried to take a tram ride to the top of the mountains, but it was broke so we couldn't go. Bummer.
I'll get some pictures up eventually, but the internet connection here isn't so great and I don't feel like fighting it to try and upload pictures.
Tomorrow: Yosemite all day! Yay!
